Two years after announcing their separation, Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have finally settled their divorce and are close to filing documents. “They are about to file paperwork with the court that will formally end their marriage,” a source told the New York Post’s Page Six. “They have finally come to an agreement that was acceptable to all sides.”
Insiders say Demi was originally seeking spousal support on the grounds that Ashton cheated on her, but the Ghost actress was forced to change her claims as infidelity doesn't entitle you to spousal support in the state of California. The couple, who married in September 2005, never signed a prenup, so legally, Demi, who is worth $182 million, could be entitled to a proportion of her former husband’s earnings. Ashton earns $900,000 per episode of his hit show Two and a Half Men, and also has substantial investments in the IT industry.
