After months of speculation over their relationship, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have officially called it quits.
Reps confirmed to People.comthat the couple, who first met on the set of the film The Last Song, have ended their three-year relationship. Friends close to the pair say the couple have broken up several times over the past year, and the Wrecking Ball singer has been spotted without her 3.5-carat Neil Lane ring on several occasions.
Yesterday, Miley stopped following Liam on Twitter, amid rumours that The Hunger Games star had been in contact with his rumoured fling, January Jones.
Sources close to Liam say he has grown tired of Miley’s wild behaviour and was “mortified” by her provocative performance at the MTV Music Video Awards last month. In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the former Hannah Montana star blamed her childhood for her wild antics.
"I was an adult when I was supposed to be a kid," said Miley. "So now I'm an adult and I'm acting like a kid."
